Calling all future leaders! Represent your city as a Teen Scene Rep and be the face of our 2026 national expansion. This is your chance to shape the youth culture in your area as we launch permanent franchises nationwide. As a local representative, you'll be at the heart of this exciting movement.
Your role will be central to our biggest event: a premier youth day festival on July 3rd, 2026, at the Dragon Boat Festival weekender. Join us in entertaining a crowd of 30,000 people with adrenaline-fueled dragon boat races, amazing land-side attractions, and now, our ground-breaking youth festival.

THE DRAGONS ARE RETURNING
The Festival is now set for Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th July 2026 and we are looking to be bigger and better again! Join us and celebrate the Dragon Boat Festivals 11th anniversary. The City of Bradford delivered two amazing days of festival fun in 2025 where an estimated 30,000 people attended the Bradford Dragon Boat Festival.
